Alice is a Senior Occupational Therapist with experience in a range of settings. She is passionate about working with individuals, families and care teams to support joyful, functional and meaningful participation in Life.

With a particular interest in neurodiversity, Alice's clinical focus areas are psychosocial disabilities such as anxiety disorders and secondary mental health conditions, including the impacts of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and Autism. Having herself lived with dyslexia and ADHD, Alice has a genuine understanding of her client's needs. An empathic approach is one of the many reasons her support and direction to therapy have resulted in effective changes for her clients and their support networks.
In addition to her experience working with neurodiverse clients, Alice believes it is essential to continually grow her understanding of trauma, mental health and how this affects the neurodiverse community. She uses a scientific approach and keeps up to date with the latest peer-reviewed research. In particular, this includes the different methods to assist in recovery after trauma and provide strengths-based guidance to live a meaningful life.
